Market Research
Studied 15 SME shop owners in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. Found that most manage inventory on paper, use Facebook for storefronts, and struggle with cross-platform tools. Designed PsaLinks as a single-app replacement.
POS Design
Designed a touch-optimized POS interface for tablet and phone. Quick-add buttons for common products, barcode scan integration, split payment support, and a receipt preview that works with thermal printers.
Storefront Builder
Created a no-code storefront builder with template selection, product grid customization, and live preview. Shop owners can launch a storefront in under 10 minutes without any design knowledge.
Analytics Dashboard
Designed actionable analytics: daily revenue, top products, inventory alerts, and customer insights. Used progressive disclosure to keep the default view clean while allowing deep dives.
Dual Persona
The same user is both shop owner (POS, inventory) and merchant (storefront, marketing). Designed a role-based navigation that switches context without losing state, with a persistent quick-switch in the header.
Offline POS
Internet outages shouldn't stop sales. Designed an offline-first POS that queues transactions and syncs when connectivity returns, with clear visual indicators for sync status.
Multi-language
Serving Khmer, English, and Chinese-speaking merchants. Designed a flexible layout system that handles variable text lengths and right-to-left readiness for future expansion.
