Campaign Concept
Developed a visual concept around 'sound waves made visible'. Used bold typography over distorted waveform graphics in the festival's gold and charcoal palette to create a recognizable campaign motif.
Template System
Built 12 reusable templates: artist announcement, stage reveal, countdown, ticket reminder, and post-event recap. Each template uses the same grid and type system but swaps imagery and accent colors per artist.
Daily Content
Produced 40+ posts over 3 weeks leading up to the event. Maintained a content calendar with daily drops: artist features on Mondays, stage reveals on Wednesdays, ticket pushes on Fridays, and countdown stories in the final week.
Motion Assets
Animated 5-second countdown stories and looping artist cards in After Effects. Exported optimized MP4s for Instagram and TikTok, keeping file sizes under 5MB for fast loading on mobile data.
Platform Consistency
Each platform has different aspect ratios and safe zones. Designed master files in 1:1, then auto-adapted to 9:16 stories and 16:9 covers using a modular layout system that kept key content in the safe zone.
Last-Minute Lineup Changes
Two artists dropped out and were replaced mid-campaign. The template system allowed swapping artist photos and names in under 10 minutes, keeping the announcement graphics on-brand without redesigning from scratch.
